These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are entered into by and between you (“User,” “Client,” “Participant,” or “You”) and Premier Power Events, LLC (“PPE,” “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”).
By accessing or using any website, course, membership, event, coaching program, consulting service, digital product, community, software platform, or service offered by Premier Power Events, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of our websites, products, services, and programs immediately.

These Terms apply to all websites, domains, subdomains, landing pages, membership sites, online communities, applications, events, products, and services owned, operated, managed, licensed, or administered by Premier Power Events, LLC.
- ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to purchase products, enroll in programs, attend paid events, or enter into agreements with the Company.
By using our services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

All information provided through our websites, courses, memberships, coaching programs, live events, virtual events, podcasts, videos, social media channels, email communications, downloadable resources, communities, and services is intended solely for educational and informational purposes.
Premier Power Events may work with speakers, authors, consultants, trainers, entrepreneurs, recovery advocates, leadership experts, direct sales professionals, coaches, educators, and subject matter experts from a wide variety of industries.
The information shared may be based upon professional experience, personal experience, lived experience, education, research, observation, or opinion.
Nothing provided by the Company should be interpreted as legal, financial, tax, accounting, insurance, investment, medical, mental health, psychiatric, therapeutic, counseling, healthcare, nutritional, employment, or other licensed professional advice.

- EARNINGS DISCLAIMER
Any statements regarding income, earnings, revenue, profits, business success, client acquisition, or financial performance are examples only.
The Company does not guarantee that you will earn money, generate leads, build an audience, secure clients, sell products, or achieve any specific financial outcome.
Your results depend upon your efforts, experience, implementation, market conditions, industry factors, and other variables beyond our control.
- TALENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES
The Company may provide talent management, business development, marketing support, funnel development, audience development, content strategy, branding guidance, digital product development, consulting, and related services.
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, participation in Company services does not create:
Employment
Partnership
Joint Venture
Agency Relationship
Franchise Relationship
The Company makes no guarantees regarding audience growth, revenue generation, speaking engagements, media exposure, publishing opportunities, sponsorships, licensing opportunities, or business success.
- COACHING AND CONSULTING SERVICES
Coaching and consulting services are educational in nature.
Clients remain solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, implementation, and results.
The Company shall not be liable for decisions made by clients before, during, or after participation in coaching or consulting programs.
- EVENTS AND TRAININGS
The Company may offer live events, virtual events, workshops, seminars, conferences, masterminds, retreats, webinars, and trainings.
Schedules, speakers, venues, content, and event formats may change without notice.
The Company reserves the right to cancel, postpone, relocate, or modify any event at its sole discretion.
Registration fees may be governed by separate event-specific policies.
- MEDIA RELEASE
By attending any Company event, webinar, workshop, livestream, coaching session, training, or program, you grant the Company permission to record, photograph, livestream, reproduce, distribute, publish, and use your image, voice, likeness, comments, participation, and submitted content.
Such materials may be used for promotional, educational, marketing, commercial, or archival purposes without compensation.
- MEMBERSHIPS AND COMMUNITIES
The Company may offer memberships, subscriptions, private communities, coaching groups, and online forums.
Membership access is personal and non-transferable.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership access for violations of these Terms or community standards.
- COMMUNITY CONDUCT
Participants agree not to engage in:
Harassment
Threats
Defamation
Discrimination
Hate speech
Abusive conduct
Spam
Unauthorized solicitation
Illegal activity
Disruptive behavior
The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from any program, event, membership, or community without refund.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Company content is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, licensed, modified, published, or used commercially without written permission.
- LICENSE TO USE CONTENT
The Company grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased content for personal or internal business use.
Users may not:
Resell content
Share login credentials
Distribute materials
Create derivative products
Republish content
Use content to create competing products or services
- ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND AUTOMATION
The Company may utilize artificial intelligence, automation tools, software systems, and technology platforms in the creation, delivery, support, analysis, and enhancement of services.
Users acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors and should be independently reviewed before implementation.
- REFUND POLICY
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales are final.
Due to the digital nature of many Company products and services, refunds are generally not available.
Specific events, memberships, coaching programs, courses, or services may have separate refund policies.
Where a refund is issued, all licenses and access rights immediately terminate.
- DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
All services, products, content, materials, websites, software, programs, and resources are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of Company services.
- INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Premier Power Events, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, speakers, affiliates, partners, licensors, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, expenses, losses, or legal fees arising from your use of Company services.
- GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky without regard to conflict of law principles.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation.
If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Daviess County, Kentucky.
Each party shall bear its own legal fees unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.
Class action claims are expressly waived.
- TERMINATION
The Company may terminate access to any product, service, event, membership, or platform at any time for violations of these Terms.
- SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Company’s Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and any program-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
