REFUND, CANCELLATION, AND TRANSFER POLICY

At Premier Power Events, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality events, programs, memberships, coaching, consulting, digital products, and educational resources.

Because many of our offerings include immediate access to intellectual property, proprietary materials, planning resources, digital content, recordings, live experiences, and reserved seating, all purchases are final.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing for a specific program, promotion, or offering, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued for:

Event registrations

Conference registrations

Retreat registrations

Workshops

Masterminds

Membership fees

Subscription payments

Coaching services

Consulting services

Digital products

Courses

Downloads

Recordings

Templates

Workbooks

Online programs

Talent management services

Marketing services

Advertising services

Website services

Funnel development services

Or any other product or service offered by the Company.


NO REFUNDS FOR FAILURE TO ATTEND

No refunds will be issued due to:

Scheduling conflicts

Travel delays

Missed sessions

Failure to attend

Failure to participate

Lack of internet access

Technology issues on the participant’s side

Changes in personal circumstances

Business circumstances

Medical circumstances

Or any other reason outside the Company’s control.


EVENT TRANSFERS

At the sole discretion of Premier Power Events, LLC, event registrations may be transferred to another individual.

Transfer requests must be submitted in writing and approved by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to deny transfer requests.

Transfer policies may vary by event.


MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS

Memberships and subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

Cancellation prevents future billing only.

No refunds or prorated refunds will be issued for current or prior billing periods.

Members will retain access through the end of the active billing period unless otherwise specified.


PAYMENT PLANS

If a participant elects to use a payment plan, they remain responsible for the full balance of the agreement.

Failure to complete participation does not eliminate the obligation to complete all scheduled payments.


EVENT CHANGES

The Company reserves the right to:

Change event dates

Change event times

Change speakers

Change venues

Modify schedules

Modify content

Substitute presenters

Move events online

Reschedule events

Adjust event formats

Such changes shall not constitute grounds for a refund.


COMPANY CANCELLATION

If Premier Power Events, LLC cancels an event in its entirety and does not reschedule it, the Company may, at its sole discretion:

Issue a credit

Transfer registration to another event

Provide alternative access

Issue a refund

The Company’s decision shall be final.


CHARGEBACKS

By purchasing from the Company, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for purchases that are subject to this policy.

Any chargeback initiated in violation of this policy may result in:

Immediate termination of access

Collection activity

Recovery of administrative costs

Recovery of legal fees where permitted by law

Permanent restriction from future Company programs, events, products, or services.


ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By purchasing any product, service, membership, event registration, coaching program, consulting service, course, recording, or offering from Premier Power Events, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund, Cancellation, and Transfer Policy.
